This form is provided by the Department of Revenue for use by Firearms Dealers to log acquisitions and dispositions of firearms.
This form, or other records containing the information requested in this form, must be retained by the Firearms Dealer Business for a period of 3 years per Rule 3-110(B)(1).

Generate the form in FastBound
1. Complete the acquisition or disposition. After you save, FastBound opens the Acquisition or Disposition Receipt.
2. Click Colorado DR 7606 button.
3. Review the pre-filled data, enter anything FastBound prompts for, and then Download or print the PDF.
The generated forms include only pistols and revolvers, and the system ignores any other item types. Each form only allows for one item. You must print a form for every item.

Compliance Reminders
DR 7606 lists one item per form. There is a Download All button at the bottom of the screen, so you do not have to download them each individually.
Keep each completed form for three years in accordance with Colorado Rule 3-110 (B)(1).
* Double-check that your “Colorado Dealer Permit Number” is saved under Contacts > Account Owner FFL → Licensing before running your first form. Add a “Colorado Dealer Permit Number” as a License for any FFL that has one before generating the form.
** The Colorado Dealer Permit Number cannot currently be auto-populated for the disposition information. This will be added in a future update.
