The downloaded search results are not an official ATF Bound Book for production upon ATF inspection.

From the Main Menu click the Items tab

On the Items Search page.

Expand the Acquisition Panel by clicking on it

Enter the date range you want to search for

If you want a report for all items acquired yesterday put yesterday’s date in the Acquired On or After field and in the Acquired on or Before field.

If you want a report for a items acquired between a specific date range put those dates in the Acquired On or After field and the Acquired on or Before field.

If you want a report for all items you’ve ever acquired leave these fields blank.

Scroll down to the Disposed Items drop down list and choose “Both”.

Click the Search button.

If your search returns more than 1,000 items you may receive a warning telling you the search results are limited to 1,000 items. This warning will not limit the number of items in your downloaded file.

In the Items table

Click the Download Search Results dropdown list and choose your type of download.

Excel – Recommended if you want to open your file and edit it in Excel or another spreadsheet app.

CSV – Recommended if you want to import the list into your POS, ERP, or accounting software.

To get an official ATF Bound Book report you need to go to Bound Book on the Main Menu and generate an Official ATF Bound Book Report.
A message will pop-up letting you know this download is NOT to be used as a Bound Book. To get an official ATF Bound Book report you need to go to Bound Book on the Main Menu and generate an Official ATF Bound Book report.

Click Continue to close the message.
You will receive another message letting you know the file is being generated on the server and will be available in a few minutes on your Downloads page.

Click Close to close the message
Your download will begin processing immediately and may take a few minutes. You will receive an email when your file is ready and the green number of downloads that are available number will increase by 1.

When your file is ready go to Downloads on the Main Menu

On the Downloads page your most recent download will be at the top of the Downloads table.

If you aren’t sure which download is which you can see what filters were used to create the file in the “Search, Sort, and Options” field.

Click the Download button to download your file.

Depending on your operating system, Windows or MacOS, and the browser you use, your downloaded file may open or go to a different folder. Typically, the file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.

For MacOS using Microsoft Edge the download looks like this. Click the “Open File” text link to open your file.
