This help article is only for creating a filtered Bound Book report. If you need to create a Complete ATF Bound Book then see our help article on creating a Complete ATF Bound Book.  

Creating a filtered ATF Bound Book is fast and easy. You can create them as often as you need them, there is no limit. 

From the Main Menu click Bound Book

You can filter your Bound Book report by 

Acquisition Type 

Acquired On or After

Acquired On or Before

Location

After you have made your selections

Click the ‘Search’ button to preview your results

Click the dropdown button labeled  ‘Download Search Results’

Choose either
– PDF
or
– CSV (This file can be opened in any spreadsheet program.)

FastBound will generate your Bound Book on the server. When your Bound Book is ready, FastBound will email you a download link and your Bound Book will become available in your Downloads. 

Go to your Downloads
