If you need a Cancel your subscription to FastBound you can do so at any time by Deleting your Account. Deleted account information will be retained for 1 year and then it will be purged from the system. You can Restore your account any time before then.
To Delete your FastBound Account

Go to your List of Accounts

Select the Account you want to Delete
– The Account status must be Active for you to be able to Delete it
– You Must be the Account Owner to be able to Delete it-
Go to Settings > Account

Click the ‘Delete’ button

On the Delete Account page

Type “I AGREE” without the quotes

Enter a reason why

Click the ‘Delete’ button
