When a rifle or a pistol has an integrally suppressed barrel these must be entered into your A&D as two separate items, an NFA/Silencer and a Pistol or Rifle.
When disposing to a non-licensee please remember that even though a Brady check has been done on the NFA/Silencer, a separate check must be made for the Pistol or Rifle.
You should complete a 4473 for the NFA/Silencer and a separate 4473 for the Pistol or Rifle because Q27 and Q29 cannot both be answered on the same 4473. You should also make a note in Q30 that references the 4473’s are related.
