Every Item acquired into FastBound gets issued a unique item number. These numbers can be customized by clicking Settings on the left menu bar, then clicking on the Acquire tab.
If you need your next available item number changed please contact support and we can change it for you. DO NOT put the next number you want to appear in this setting.

To customize your Item Numbers:

The max length of the result is 25 characters
The following number formats are available to use for your Items

{Acquire:) – This is the date the item was Acquired
formats include:
YY – Two digit year
YYYY – Four digit year
MM – Two digit month
MMMM – Full Month

{Item:} is a sequence number
You can pad the number by adding zeros
The Counter can be customized to reset:

Never (The counter will never reset back to 1)

Monthly (The counter will reset back to 1 every month on the 1st day of the month)

Yearly (The counter will reset back to 1 on the 1st day of January every year)
