A multiple sale report is not required for the return of firearms to the same individual from whom it was acquired. This includes all disposition types such as Pawn Redemption, Consignment, Repair, Gunsmithing, etc.

ATF Form 3310.4 (Pistols & Revolvers)

Required by ALL FFLs

Form 3310.4 must be completed and submitted by the close of business anytime more than one handgun (Pistol or Revolver) is transferred to a non-licensee within a five business day period.

ATF Form 3310.12 (Certain Rifles)

Required by Type 01, 02, 07, and 08 FFLs in AZ, CA, NM, and TX only

Form 3310.12 must be completed and submitted by the close of business anytime more than one Semi-Automatic Rifle that can accept a detachable magazine AND has a caliber greater than .22 ( including .223/5.56 caliber).
