With FastBound you have the ability to search through your existing and archived contacts by any detail or field.

From the Main Menu click ‘Contacts’

The at the top of the page click where it says ‘Advanced Search’

Choose or enter the details you want to search for

Click the ‘Search’ button

The search results will be shown below
By default, FastBound does not show you Contacts that have been Archived. If you want to see Archived Contacts you must tell FastBound that you want to see them by selecting to show them in the ‘Archived Contacts’ dropdown box right above the ‘Search’ button.
