There are two ways to find Pending Dispositions. You can find them on the Pending Dispositions List and in the Pending Dispositions panel on a Contact.
To Edit from the List

Click on Dispose in the Main Menu

Select the Pending Disposition you would like to edit
To Edit from a Contact

Click on Contacts in the Main Menu

Select a Contact
-
In the Pending Dispositions panel select a Pending Dispositions
