Troubleshooting & How-Tos
Crashes or app won’t open

Permissions (Camera / Microphone)

The app requires Camera access to scan QR codes and PDF417 barcodes on the back of identification cards.

Interactive kiosk hardware requires Microphone access to control the hardware’s aiming light, scanning light, and scan confirmation beeper.

This app never records, stores, or transmits audio. Microphone permission is used solely for hardware control.
