ATF regulations only allow FFL’s to transfer open, not disposed, Items when changing to a new A&D system.

These are a the two most common scenario’s when switching to FastBound. 

Switching to FastBound from your old A&D system and maintaining the same FFL

In the Dispose Date field put the date that you are transferring the records to FastBound

In the Name field put “Transferred to new E A&D FastBound”

Switching to FastBound and starting over with a new FFL

In the Dispose Date field put the date that you are transferring the records to your new FFL.

In the Name field put the License Name of the new FFL and the full FFL number.
