First you must upload an Attachment to your Account Owner Contact and mark it as Public.
Second the contact you want to send the attachment(s) to must be saved in your account and must have an email address.

Go to Contacts on the Main Menu.

On the Contact Details page.

Verify or enter an Email Address.

Click the “Save” button before continuing if you entered a new Email Address.

Click the “Send Public Attachments” link.

A confirmation alert will popup.

Review the email address and attachments.

If the email is wrong or the correct attachments are not shown click the “No” button to cancel.

Click the “Yes” button to send the Public Attachments.

A confirmation that the attachments were sent will be displayed.

Click the “OK” button to close the confirmation.

The contact will receive an email with the attachments.
