If the items were found by the shipper and delivered as intended, you will need to undispose the items and create a new disposition with the original disposition information.
If the items are returned to you by the shipper, you will need to create a new acquisition for these items from the shipper with the date they were returned to you. You should add a note to these items referencing the theft/loss disposition.
