From the Main Menu choose Inventory Control > Cycle Count

Choose a Location. You can sort the Items in ascending or descending order by clicking the column name.

Select the checkboxes next to Items that are physically present.

If there are a lot of items in the location you can search in the top right corner.

Click the ‘Verify Selected Items’ button to confirm/verify the items.
Verifying items will set the Last Verified date on the Items, and create an audit trail entry that includes the date, time, and user that verified the item.
If an Item is not found or has an Exception condition you should move it to the Exception Location.
When you are done Cycle Counting a Location there should not be any items left in the list.
Every time you view the selected Location the list will show all Items in the Location along with a Last Verified date if one exists.
