Item Label Formats

Helpful Tips

  • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser. Safari is currently not supported.

  • Set your defaults printer settings.

  • Disable Print Headers and Footers when printing labels.

  • Use a recommended printer.

  • Print in the highest quality (dpi) possible.

  • Sheet labels are not supported, e.g. Avery labels.

Requirements

  • Label width and height must be entered in inches as decimal numbers.

    • 2-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ = 2.25 x 1.25

    • 2-15/16″ x 4″ = 2.31 x 4

  • Some label content is required to be able to save your label design.

Allowed HTML

For security reasons, only certain HTML tags are allowed. Standard HTML formatting is required with these tags. All regular text is allowed.

  • ​h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, and h6 are used for headings. h1 is the largest and h6 is the smallest.

  • ​p defines a paragraph. Browsers automatically add a single blank line before and after each paragraph.

  • ​strong defines text with strong importance. The content inside is typically displayed in bold.

  • ​em defines emphasized text. The content inside is typically displayed in italic.

  • ​i defines a part of text in an alternate voice or mood. The content inside is typically displayed in italic.

  • ​img tag is used to embed an image.

  • ​pre displays in a fixed-width font, and the text preserves both spaces and line breaks. The text will be displayed exactly as written in the HTML source code.

  • ​br inserts a single line break.

  • ​hr is most often displayed as a horizontal rule that is used to separate content.

  • ​code is displayed in the browser’s default monospace font.

  • ​div defines a division or a section in an HTML document.

  • ​table, thead, tbody, tr, th, and td define an HTML table.

  • ​style is used to define style information (CSS).
