All Contacts are created and saved in one fast and easy process. You can have as many contacts as you need, there aren’t any limits.

From the Main Menu click ‘Contacts’

Click the ‘Create’ button
You now have two options, create the Contact from an FFL number or enter the information manually.
There are three types of Contacts: FFL’s, Organizations, and Customers. You do not need to select a type for a contact.

FFLs are a Federal Firearms Licensees in the United States that enable the individual or company to engage in a business pertaining to the manufacture or importation of firearms and ammunition, or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms.

Organizations are entities that are able to own firearms that do not require a Federal Firearms License. For Example, Police Departments and firearms disposed to foreign companies.

Customers are everyone else who is not licensed by the ATF.
All Contacts require a Premise Address 1, City , State, and Zip Code.
Each type of Contact also has their own unique set of requirements.

FFL’s
– FFL Number, FFL Expiration Date, License Name are required
– First, Middle, and Last Name are not allowed -
Organization
– Organization Name is required
– FFL Number, FFL Expiration Date, License Name, and Trade Name are not allowed
– First, Middle, and Last Name are not allowed -
Customer
– First, Middle, and Last Name are required
– Organization Name is not allowed
– FFL Number, FFL Expiration Date, License Name, and Trade Name are not allowed
