How to save your Colorado Dealer Permit Number

When filling out the CO state forms, DR 7602, DR 7603, and DR 7606 you are required to enter your Colorado Dealer Permit Number. This can be done manually every time or automatically by FastBound.

Follow these steps to auto-populate your CDPN

First go to your Account Owner contact

  • From the Main Menu Click on Contacts
    ​

  • At the top of the Contacts page expand the Account Owner FFL panel

    • Then click on your Account Owner Contact
      ​

Then Add your CDPN to your Licenses

  • In the Licensing panel click the Add button
    ​

  • In the Create License panel enter your CFDN and save it

    • Type – You must enter exactly “Colorado Dealer Permit Number” (without the quotes).

    • Number – You must enter your CFDN.

    • Expiration – You can leave this blank, if you do you must check the License Does Not Expire box.

    • License Does Not Expire – You can only select this if you leave the ExpiratIon blank.

    • Copy of File – This is optional.

  • Last step is to click the Save and Add button to save your CDPN
